Your details, and what we do with them.

What we collect

Only what you type on the Estimate page: your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, the time you pick, whether you want a call or a meeting in person, the package and add-ons you chose, and any notes you write.

Nothing is sent until you press the button to send your request. The ZIP code box only checks whether we can meet in person. It stays in your browser.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, confirm your time and prepare your estimate. You get a confirmation email and we get a copy.

We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Requests are saved in a private Google Sheet that only we can open, and the emails are sent through Google. We keep a request for as long as we are talking or working together.

What your browser remembers

Your choice of light or dark, so the site looks the same next time, and whether you have already seen the opening animation. Both stay on your device.

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track or count its visitors.

Other companies involved

The site is hosted by Netlify and its fonts come from Google Fonts. Like any web server, both see your IP address when your browser asks for a page.

The Work page shows sites we built for clients. They run as demos: what you type into one is not sent to that business. If you choose to visit a live site, you leave ours and that site's own practices apply.

Your choices

Write or call to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, and we will take care of it.
